The purchase of one drink equals one loyalty point. When you buy 10 drinks you will accumulate 10 loyalty points which have a cash value of $5. The loyalty points cannot be redeemed towards purchases of Split Drinks, Fresh Juice, Acai Bowls, Deserts, and Food Items. No Cash Value.
You need to receive 10 loyalty points. Desserts and food items do not carry any loyalty points. For example, if you buy cheesecake you will not receive 1 loyalty point.
You can still get your points added if you have the receipt. Based on the receipt we can look up customers and add loyalty points to your account.
If you did not give the right phone number during checkout we may not be able to pull your account. If this happens let the cashier know and we will add your loyalty point by finding your correct account. If you signed up with the wrong phone number, reach out to Boba Nation customer service by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your account updated.
Points can only be received in-store or by using our mobile app. When you order from a third party you will not get points for that order.
You will have to sign out of the app and use the login information of the second account to log in to the second account.
Punches may take up to 24 hours to process and do not expire.
If you are purchasing Add ons on their own they are not included in points
You are able to opt into sharing location data with the Boba Nation app so that the nearest pickup store will populate as the first option. It is optional and not required to enable location services.
Yes! You can order delivery from the Boba Nation app and earn points per drink purchased. All delivery orders are subject to product availability. Estimate delivery time will be provided once the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and subject to the acceptance & approval of your order.
Yes, the minimum order amount is $20 for each delivery.
Yes, there is a $5 delivery fee. However, there are no extra fees. The menu pricing is the same as the in-store menu!
